Brad's background includes over 25 years as an award winning photographer.

His interest in photography began at age 12 when he discovered his grandfathers old 35mm camera packed away in a closet.

That interest turned into a passion a year later seeing his first image develop in his parent's garage turned into a darkroom.

During high school at the age of 15 Brad began his professional career shooting for local newspapers.

He garnered numerous local and national photojournalism awards during high school and college.

Involved with computers since 1984, he saw the first version of Photoshop in 1990 and then knew the marriage of computers and photography was only a matter of time.

Now, 14 years later, Brad has fully realised the marriage of computers and digital cameras in a 100% digital workflow that combines the best of cutting edge technology and old world craftsmanship.

Style

The award-winning photography of Brad Howe blends contemporary, traditional and photojournalistic styles for a totally fresh and exciting style of wedding photography.

Brad's style could be described as care-free, sexy, modern, somewhat natural and very vibrant.

The Chapel of The Sir Christopher Wren Building at The College of William and Mary and The Freight Shed!

Another day of beautiful weather and fantastic families set the mood for Julie and Chris’s wedding day. The girls started their day at European Beauty Concepts for a little pampering while the guys relaxed at the Marl Inn in Yorktown. Shayna from Williamsburg Wedding Design executed another a perfect wedding and of course made my job easy. The Chapel of The Sir Christopher Wren Building at The College of William and Mary was the backdrop for the wedding ceremony. Guests from around the globe then made their way down the Colonial Parkway to the Freight Shed along the Yorktown Riverwalk Landing for the wedding reception. The Catering Company prepared another delicious spread and Cindy’s Cakery supplied the wedding cake, while Dynasty Entertainment provided the band for the evening. When a party like this happens, no one walking along the Riverwalk is safe and many where pulled in to join in on the celebration and dancing. What a fun evening. Congratulations to Julie & Chris!
